Best affordable seniors housing design for Global Awards shortlisted
LONDON: The shortlist for the best affordable seniors housing design has been declared.
Over 250 designs have been considered by the awards secretariat. One of the finalists in this category is shown above.
Project for Pride in Living is building a new 110-unit apartment building off Lake Street to replace a Wells Fargo bank that burned down in the civil unrest after George Floyd’s murder in 2020. The project includes a new Wells Fargo bank and businesses owned by people of color.
The Global Award winner will be announced in November in London. (Globals)
