LONDON: The shortlist for the best downsizers boutique heritage residences has been declared.
Over 250 programmes have been considered by the awards secretariat. One of the finalists in this category is shown above.
Presenting a new legacy that will connect the past with the future, Boiler House will form a significant part of YarraBend’s Heritage Precinct. Celebrating the original 1920 boiler building, Boiler House is being reimagined by award-winning Jackson Clements Burrows Architects.
Boiler House offers a boutique collection of 22 heritage residences including two light-drenched, luxury penthouses with up to 6m ceilings and four bedrooms. Residents will sense the site’s rich history etched within its design and contemporary interior expression for a step into the future, with a clear view of the past.
The Global Award winner will be announced in December in London. (Globals)
