LONDON: Boomers are increasingly chasing high rise, purpose built apartment living on the beach.
The release of Sunset Residences, a collection of luxury full-floor beachfront residences at 21 Broadbeach Blvd will put another Broadbeach address on the map.
The corner site offers a 270-360 degree view from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta and the Hinterland.
Developers Glenvill Developments and QNY Group are offering 10 full-floor residences, a double-storey beach house with a plunge pool and a tri-level penthouse with a private rooftop terrace.
The 16-level building is designed by architects Contrearas Earl Architecture.
Each single-level residence has three bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a study, with all living spaces and bedrooms featuring ocean views.
Full floor residences are priced between $4.35 and $5.5m with construction to start in July, 2023.
NPA Projects director Andrew Erwin, who has been appointed to market the development, said the project was an A+ real estate opportunity.
