SmartCare EHR to maximize service/care delivery
KALAMAZOO, Mich.: Streamline Healthcare Solutions (Streamline) announced a new partnership with Four Winds Hospitals in the state of New York. Streamline’s SmartCare Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform will assist in meeting their overarching strategic plan of upgrading both hospitals to a common web-based electronic health record platform and drive care coordination and communication. Streamline will deliver their web-based software solution to Four Winds Hospitals on both campuses in New York State located in Katonah and Saratoga.
