VirtualHealth receives top grades in “payer care management 2021”

NEW YORK: VirtualHealth, the industry-leading SaaS solution for comprehensive medical management, today announced that KLAS Research awarded its HELIOS® platform the highest overall grade among competitor solutions, with a score of 87.4* in the KLAS “Payer Care Management 2021” report. The analysis identifies HELIOS’ ease of use, interoperability, and customer satisfaction as key differentiators.

KLAS conducted the analysis by interviewing executives and professionals at all levels of healthcare organizations about their experience with care management technology companies. The evaluation focused on a broad spectrum of topics, including product quality, service delivery, customer support, value, and overall satisfaction, among others. Companies received a letter grade based on six “Customer Experience Pillars.” VirtualHealth was the only company that received a “B+” grade or better in every category. The full analysis can be found here.

The VirtualHealth HELIOS solution ingests the most complete datasets from across the healthcare ecosystem – including clinical, behavioral and social data – and transforms these disparate feeds into centralized, actionable, and highly automated workflows for care managers. The platform leverages advanced robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline end-to-end processes, allowing care teams to spend more time with members and less time working through administrative overhead.

According to the report, one representative customer stated: “We spent a lot of time trying to find the right solution for our care management program. We even tried to build something ourselves. HELIOS was the first solution we found that had everything we were looking for. [VirtualHealth] seemed to have thought of everything. We have been happy with the vendor, and the product has worked how we envisioned it to.”- COO

As industry experts recognize VirtualHealth for its leadership, the company has continued to grow its customer base at a blistering pace. The company has added eight new clients the last six months, including Vaya Health, Innovation Care Partners and PacificSource Health Plans.

As a mission-driven company, we are grateful for our impact thus far and humbled by the possibilities of where we can take the industry tomorrow.”
