Volpara to acquire Mrs Systems and launch capital raising
WELLINGTON: Volpara Health Technologies Limited, a medical technology company whose AI imaging algorithms assist the early detection of breast cancer, has today entered into a binding agreement to acquire US-based MRS Systems, Inc. and launched a fully underwritten $55m equity capital raising to fund both the acquisition and further organic growth.
